Title: 662 days and dropping fast -- what changed?

It looks like the "days left" count has dropped about 60 days in the last week or two, what changed?

I could swear I had found a link to the model that HE uses before, but I can't find it now.  Maybe whoever tweaks the model has already answered my question :)
