I recently passed Sage and ordered a shirt! Thanks for all the help in getting me there.
Question though - I'm insanely grateful for the shirt, but I was wondering what kind of timeframe I should expect for delivery? I ordered yesterday. The reason I ask is because my landlord gets all the mail and they SUUUCK at notifying me when packages come in. Soo....I was wondering when I should start calling them and asking. Like I said, I'm just grateful to have gotten this far and to score what looks like a seriously awesome shirt, I just don't want it to get stolen once it gets here.
The shirts are sent out in batches. I processed the current list based on last Tuesday when the guys handling t-shirts asked (actually they asked the previous Friday but didn't get to it until Tuesday). Anything afterwards will be included in the next batch.
I have been waiting for a T shirt for nearly 6 months! What happened? My address on the account info page is correct.

They went out via USPS, so overseas that would be airmail. Perhaps it is still out there in the respective system. You can email ipv6@he.net about it and I'll assign the ticket to someone handling t-shirts.

That definitely sounds like something went wrong. You're in New Zealand, right? I'm sure it should have gotten there by now (unless it wasnt sent in the first place). Btw, how long would it take for the shirt to arrive in Germany? I'll be residing there for a while...though Im just starting out with Sage. ;D

No, I understand, I missed the batch you're referring to by like a few days which sucks but you know, whatever. I was just curious if there was any time estimate on the next batch. Browsing threads I've seen anything from a month to 6 months, or more in some cases....just wondered if there was an ETA on the next one.
I do not believe there is a set date for any of the batches. I was asked by the staff handling the order to generate a current list. We had around 700 the first batch, then 1mo later, 90. Now 4-5mo later, roughly 300. I believe they are trying for large batch orders of t-shirts than like, 7 or something low like that.
That's exciting news that a new batch of t-shirts will be arriving soon. :D

I received my shirt as well in the mail. The shirt is very high quality and well packaged, it is Haynes tagless and is quite exceptional. I think I speak for many here who would like to say thank you for the certification process, the tunnel, the free DNS, and the cherry on top -- the T-Shirt.

If you haven't received your t-shirt yet, send an email in to ipv6@he.net and we'll have the person in charge of the tshirt shipments check it out for you. I don't remember if you validated your address before or after the last shipment date.
I missed the January shipment by a week or two. Any idea when the next batch of t-shirts will be sent out? Many thanks.

Maybe some of the information below is useful;
I just received my T-shirt. It's stamped 'FEB 22 2011'. So that's 11 days for delivery (to NL).
My zipcode is missing. I don't actually remember filling it out on the webform. Nor do I remember if the form had a zipcode field.
I do know that a missing zipcode will add a week to the delivery time.
The T-shirt's envelope is slightly larger then an A4 envelope and fits in a regular letterbox.

yeah I completed sage back in jan, on the 26th to be exact and have submitted ticket and hear back right away, but no follow up info on when shirts will be shipped next, etc. Or if my name got missed, etc.
Ticket number [#1596332], its been over 3 weeks now since last email with them, guess time to email them again in status.
Would be so much easier if they would just post info about the t-shirts next shipment and what sages (dates) it includes, etc. etc.

We're building another order based on the numbers crunched today. We're also investigating using FedEx or UPS or similar for delivery options opposed to USPS and overseas post.
If you have not gotten a shirt, and you had your address verification in before Jan 18th, 2011, you must email ipv6@he.net The guys handling the orders with the vendor do not read the forums as often as they can be assigned open tickets.
Any possible way to post up this list? I would assume posting usernames to this list would not be an issue, since you list top 200 usernames anyway. Would be great to see username on list so know for sure that hey should get shirt in next shipment, etc.

Is there a way to tell what carrier the package will come from or what it will look like (ie what sort of packaging, return address company, etc). I had mine sent to my office mail room and the volume there is such that they don't sort and deliver, you are expected to show up and describe what your package looks like after you think it ought to have shown up.
Mine arrived today too (thanks HE). It came in a light gray plastic bag (uline.com S-5617 7.5"x10.5") by USPS. I think this type of mailing bag is supposed to be flat, but with a T-Shirt inside it is almost round.
The bag had 4 stickers on the front:
2 address labels (for sender and recipient address)
1 small barcode postage label (bright pink lines on top and bottom)
1 large barcode delivery confirmation label (wide green line on top)
I hope this helps you to find yours.

Anyone received their T-Shirt and found it is the wrong size? I received my shirt, but it is a size Small. Trying to put it on my XXXL frame would probably result in either physical injury or the geek version of 'Hulking out'.

Sizes seem to run kind of large. I ordered my normal shirt size (which isn't small to begin with) and my Sage t-shirt swims on me. But it's extremely comfy and a very nice quality shirt (espeically for the price :) so I wear it happily nonetheless. :)
Mine arrived today, for which, many thanks :) Unfortunately, the large is not as large as I'd hoped, but it's big and baggy on my wife, so she's taken possession :)

Sorry for reviving an old topic but I was wondering if T-shirts were still being sent out since I noticed that the last batch was done on February 2nd and that its almost been 2 months and I was really looking forward to getting one. I hadn't heard anything that they weren't but I just wanted to double check.
At least mine changed to status "Shipped" within the last 2 or 3 weeks. So obviously something is still going on :)
