How can I find out if my ISP can route Protocol 41 packets?

Most ISP's in the US don't block them though

Asking them is always a good option, but good luck with Verizon Tier 1 support.

Just try setting up a tunnel and see if it works.

I have been able to use proto 41 tunnels on Verizon DSL without problems. It might be your router or you have the tunnel is incorrectly setup.

Verizon will route the packets. I have it too and it works for me.

Yeah you were right. I switch my router to OpenWRT firmware and I appear to be able to ping IPv6 sites using HE's tunnel from the router at least.
