Which 6to4 implementation might be this broken?

I'm using 6to4 as provided by Cox and a traceroute to 192.88.99.1 doesn't complete or even appear to get past Cox's server(s) before getting Destination host unreachable.

Traceroutes to other IPv6 sites show going through HE core (not tserv/tunnel) servers although the routes look completely different than what it does using a HE tunnel so there's obviously a preference as to what type of connection it is.

Thanks for clarifying that would be preferred to have both 6to4 & a HE tunnel at the same time since I was about to disable 6to4 & setup a tunnel on this new machine. Makes perfect sense now but didn't even think about it.
