No inbound traffic on my TSERV13.ASH1 Tunnel

My tunnel seems to have lost 2 way connectivity, Not receiving any packets on the IPv6 tunnel interface.

I'm using a Cisco 887 for the tunnel endpoint, IPv4 is confirmed as being updated even forced a new IP and updated to it.

No configuration changes and it seems to have started a few days ago.

Any ideas?

Pretty old tunnel id. Email ipv6@he.net because that's how you open trouble tickets when you have trouble! :)

I'm having the same issue on my tunnel with tserv13.ash1 as well. My IP is correct per the configuration. I'll email support, but wanted to let the OP know they aren't alone :).

E-Mailed ipv6@he.net got an e-mail back 5hrs latter stating the problem was fixed.

According to the e-mail my IPv4 endpoint didnt update on the tunnel server for some reason, even though everything else showed the correct IP.


All good now.

Can't beat that kind of support for most paid services let alone a free one.
