Guessing you can't IPv6ify the listed NS for the domain, and tried setting up alternative NS:

Also what nameserver are you using to get the answers, because I tried querying the first one you used (albeit, you used ANY, not NS) and get this:

My VDS provider doesn't support an IPv6 and he owns my current domain name. Therefore I've no possibility to bind the domain name to my personal NS. I've created subdomain and bound it to my NS for test completion.

I have tested 195.98.64.65 (my provider's NS, maybe it's private?), 62.76.169.7 (my work NS), 82.146.47.7, 82.146.40.4, 82.146.40.6 (my VDS provider's NSes). All of it works fine. I can post dig output for all of NSes listed above.
