General Response Time

Hi all,

Do you know how long the guys and girls at HE need to replay to a ticket? I opened a ticket for a BGP tunnel but didn't get any response so far. I contacted them once and they replied in under 30 min. Now I don't know if I'm just impatient or if there system blocked my mail
