I am getting the famous 'Failed to get AAAA from MX or your DOMAIN' on the professional test, however a lookup appears to be mostly as expected - I get:

$ dig mx paladyn.org +short ns2.he.net
10 mail.paladyn.org.
20 mail2.paladyn.org.
30 mail3.paladyn.org.

$ dig aaaa  mail.paladyn.org +short ns2.he.net
2001:470:1f09:1aa3::1
2001:470:200::2

$ dig -x 2001:470:1f09:1aa3::1 +short ns2.he.net
mail.paladyn.org.
216.218.131.2

Is it the extra MX records which are confusing the test ?? - I do not have IPv6 on my backup mail servers. I did take them out for a while and retry the test, but it did not appear to make any difference.  :(

The #1 reason people see this error is due to DNS caching.  If everything looks fine for you, wait for the TTL on your domain records to elapse once, and give it another shot.  If you're still not getting anywhere, then something must be up.

What emails server is it trying to do a reverse lookup of?
