hi all,

i am new here. i want to create a regular tunnel. but i have problem
"IP is not ICMP pingable. Please make sure ICMP is not blocked. If you are blocking ICMP, please allow 66.220.2.74 through your firewall."

i have enabled icmp through firewall using the link http://www.sysprobs.com/enable-ping-reply-windows-7

still i am facing the same problem.

Need help.

Thanks

I assume you have some sort of router/firewall in front of Windows...have you enabled icmp there?

i have window firewall only. i enabled icmp there with the help of above link.

once i tried by disabling the firewall but had same problem.

i am using internet with the help of Reliance USB Modem.

i am not sure about this. how will i be able to know this?

I think asking them would be a good start, but make sure you've done everything on your end first

This is a 3g/4g modem?  Who's the carrier?

Who's the carrier?  Most are doing CGN on ipv4.
