DDNS for Second Location Setup Questions

Hi, I was successful in setting up a DDNS for my home router (ASUS RT-N66U running shibby's tomato usb firmware) using these helpful instructions:

I would like to set up DDNS for my router (same router) at work, and am not sure of what values to put in the various fields on the router:

Host Name:   Tunnel ID (6-digit decimal number)  <-- Same value as the one I used for my home router???
User Name or E-mail Address:   User ID (long hex value on Main Page, not Username) <-- Same value as the one I used for my home router???
Password:   Password <-- I presume I use the "DDNS key" I created for my work A record (e.g., work.mydomain.com) in the dns.he.net control panel?
