<1.5Mbps through tunnel?

I'm getting a peak of about 1.5Mbps through the tunnel.  I'm on a 100Mbps spectrum connection.  Tunnel to the seattle ip 216.218.226.238 and 65ms latency via ipv4.

Is this typical?

Router is a mikrotik RB450Gx4 and can easily handle the throughput.

No...I routinely see speeds of close to 100mb/s
