ipv6 to FB has high delay and packet loss

Hi!

Been using my tunnel for several years all w/o any issues.  Recently, ipv6 traffic to Facebook has seen high delays and packet loss.

Anyone else seeing this?

RTT of 32 ms to 1033 ms and 33% packet loss.

No change on my end.
