Explorer test problem

Hi guys hoping to get an answer to  my problem  here..
when trying to complete certification for explorer i get this message everytime:
You were unable to load content from an IPv6 only URL. Here's an exmple of an IPv6 only URL: http://[2001:db8::1]/

How do I obtain an IPv6 connection?

    Natively through your ISP if they operate IPv6
    If ISP doesn't operate IPv6 then use IPv6 tunneling

but the domain i am using on the pc im  running my ipv6 tunnel is all fine and  it connects with curl -6 and i can ping ipv6 hosts and everything..

but i do not have ipv6 on the pc i am trying to make certification from, is that thee problem?

there is no host where i can put to make the test url go to.. is it linked to my account?
