Hi All,

I have used the configuration provided by the tunnel "Example Configurations" tab and i still have no joy, neither the router nor my lan clients can access any external IPv6 resources.

Network Topology is as follows

WAN>>EDGE(Vyatta)>>LAN ROUTER>>CLIENTS

we have BT Infinity so our vyatta edge device receives a DHCP assigned address but we do have a public static-ip range that points to it.

The Edge router is set to nat all traffic for the tunnel ip and send it to the lan router.

I can't for the life of me figure out whats going on  ???

anyone have any ideas?

To give me a better idea about what is going on, could you try setting 80.167.222.169 as your tunnel server and then try to ping 2001:470:28:940:de6e:7f3e:5430:8ed8? It is not a real tunnel server, so it won't work for general traffic, but it can reach that one IPv6 address.

My router is not behind NAT. I have a unique public IP. I think the setup till router is ok as I can ping IPV6 address from router's (Dlink DIR-615) web interface. But cannot connect from the Windows PCs.

Any suggestions?

Did you try to ping 2001:470:28:940:de6e:7f3e:5430:8ed8?
