I'm confused as to where we are.

It looks like you've allowed ping to your router

Code: [Select]
C:\Users\cholzhauer>ping 71.244.29.83

Pinging 71.244.29.83 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 71.244.29.83: bytes=32 time=102ms TTL=50
Reply from 71.244.29.83: bytes=32 time=126ms TTL=50
Reply from 71.244.29.83: bytes=32 time=54ms TTL=50
Reply from 71.244.29.83: bytes=32 time=67ms TTL=50

Ping statistics for 71.244.29.83:
    Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 54ms, Maximum = 126ms, Average = 87ms

Does creating your tunnel work now?

You haven't set up the tunnel yet because there are no IPv6 routes in your table
