Can't create new tunnel

I am new user. I've registered new account and tried to create new regular tunnel. But I am getting this message - "You already have the maximum number of tunnels configured for your account." I didn't have any tunnels before and this my first attempt to create first tunnel. What am I doing wrong?

Bug in the broker which was impossible to actually occur.  Somehow it did.  Code has been changed to make it impossible to exist again.  You should be able to make a tunnel now.

Hello, I have the same problem "You have already created the maximum number of tunnels today. Please try again later" but I have created no tunnel today and none tunnel is active.

I see three tunnel creation/deletions in the past 24 hours.  The time window is a sliding 24 hours.  I'm curious as to what requires adding/removing the same tunnel multiple times, especially when I see it was working.
