WHY PPTP /VPN NOT WORK??

  I HAVE A PPTP/VPN account but after i change the password it can not work! why?  how can i find my old password.or how to let the new password work!

As has been noted numerous times on the forums: the PPTP beta has been suspended.  It may work for you still, it may not.  It was also a beta, so it always working was never guaranteed.  I've kicked some items which may get the service happier on the server you were trying on, but it also might not.

As I said before, I've kicked the services for PPTP.  If they're working for you now, great.  If not, there's not much to be done for it, as the beta period is closed and the service is technically suspended.
