Latency rank page updated at all?

Is that page with the top 20 tunnels by ranked latency still updated anymore?

I have a tunnel on the Kansas City server.  My ping to that server is about 1ms, and I would have expected to have shown up on that list.  There are only six people listed on the Kansas City server.

The ping tests don't run all the time.  They go about once a week.  I'll double check on them, however.
