Tunnel can ping6 tunnel server &nameservers at he.net, but not anything outside

Does anything else external work?  Does any other traffic aside from ICMP work?

Everything ip4 works.  No other ip6 traffic works either.  For example,
# host google.com 2001:470:20::2
;; connection timed out; trying next origin

What are you using for DNS servers?  I guess my specific question was if you could visit IPv6 websites.

It's as if my /64 subnet were not routed.

Which /64? I see four tunnels registered with your username, and all four are responding to echo requests from me.
