Ohio Tunnel Server

Just getting this out there: I would love to see a tunnel server in Ohio (Cleveland).
Time Warner is my IPv4 ISP and they are really dragging their feet with IPv6 depending on what kind of equipment or service you subscribe to.
I had IPv6 for a while through Time Warner but then lost it when I changed my modem to something not leased by them.
Currently using the Virginia tunnel server and it's working good but I figure I'm probably going to be using HE tunnel servers for at least another year or two with my current ISP.

Chicago ended up being faster for me, but agreed, Cleveland would be better.
