how to open a tvuplayer?

i am new user to this site, actually in china i am not able to open tvuplayer, i think it was blocked. i want to see that. can any one tell me how to use IPV6 to open tvuplayer?

i am new to networking, so what to do to see tvuplayer from my computer.
