Anonymous tunnel

I discovered this service and I managed to use the IPV6 tunnels in Windows XP(command prompt).I would like to use the tunnels anonymously,like some VPN network,is it possible?I believe services like gogonet does this through its client Hexago Gateway,which creates a TAP/TUN virtual adapter.
