Did anyone manage to setup Mobile ipv6 over a He Tunnel

The idea is to use the IPV6 range as a fixed base for  the home agent.
Very little practical  information seems to be available

What do you mean by "mobile IPv6"? I get several ideas:

-setting up HE tunnel on mobile/semi-mobile device like 4G-router at home? Should work if you get a public IP without firewalling on your mobile connection. Probably rare, but does exist.
-using VPN or something to connect to home to get IPv6 on your phone? No idea how to set it up, but should be possible somehow.
