Tunnel not working after IOS upgrade

Hi all,

Today I upgraded my Cisco 1841 from IOS 12.4(25g) to IOS 15.1(4)M5.
Since that upgrade, my IPv6 tunnel is not working properly anymore.

I can ping the IPv4 tunnel destination, but I can't ping the IPv6 broker's end.
Internally the IPv6 all works, I can see IPv6 neighbours, so I guess it's not some sort of license thing that disabled IPv6.

I tried removing the ipv6 traffic-filter, but still no ping reply.
When I do a ping to google.com, it can resolve the IPv6 address, but no ping reply:
CoreRouter#ping google.com
Translating "google.com"...domain server (212.54.35.25) [OK]

Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 2A00:1450:400C:C05::8B, timeout is 2 seconds:
.....
Success rate is 0 percent (0/5)

Does someone know what to do?

Thanks in advance,

Chris

This may help...

Although, I would recommend staying on the 12.4 train for the x800 series.  If you want the feature adds that 15.0 has, use the 12.4T train, versus the mainline, as the "T" signifies it has the features of the successor IOS...

I would recommend 15.x train more for the x900 series.

I myself use 12.4(24)T8 on my 1812's...no stability problems.  Hope this helps!  :)

Definitely for the older 800's (85x, 87x). If you want 15.0 then you'll be upgrading RAM and FLASH.

And also the later 800's such as the 860 and 880. I've got the 867VAE on my home net with two tunnels that has 15.1(4)M4.

There was an issue with ip inspect throughput on the earlier 12.4T releases. I've got 12.4(24)T6 running happily on 871 and 877 with HE and other ISP tunnels.
