I reported this problem months ago, had one of their techs look into it and got nowhere.

I just looked into it again, and I think I worked out what it is! They are blocking ICMPv6, which breaks PMTU, so they are sending 1500 Byte packets which get to our tunnel which replies back with a ICMPv6 Type 2 to tell it to resend with a 1480 MTU, but they block the packet so the message doesn't get through...

This is exactly what I've been reporting for about half a year about their Office Web Apps service, where if you open some Excel/Word/PP file from Skydrive, you get a blank screen. And it is also blocking ICMPv6, and that - of course - breaks PMTU. I'm getting sick of them. For half a year I get responses that this is my fault.

Is this now working for anyone else? Clicking the search engine ads, that is. Any 'sponsored ad' on bing.co.uk or yahoo.co.uk redirects through this address.
